Create a Guest Book File

The services below are provided to users of Online Services for use in web pages on this server. Online Services does not provide consulting, development, instruction or training for any of these services, or web page development in general. Please use the documentation provided with each of these services for support. If you feel there are errors in any documentation or problems with any of these services, please contact Online Services Support.

Online Services shall in no way be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of any of these services. Please refer to the Online Services User Agreement for further details on usage policy.

This form will create a guest book file for the guest book cgi script. The guest book script will write to this file when someone "signs" your guest book. Follow the directions below to create your own guest book file.

1. Enter your web server (ftp) user login and password.

2. Choose a name and extension for your guest book file. This file must NOT EXIST in your public_html directory. You must use this name to set the gbfile variable in your guest book form. You may only use the following characters:

For example, if you want to name your guest book file guest.htm, then type guest in the text box below and check the .htm radio button.

Extension: .html OR .htm

3. Create your guest book file or clear this form.
