Clinical Services Manager- Mental Health Services This position is responsible for the administration of child and adult mental health services in Wasco, Sherman, and Hood River Counties. Responsible for compliance of programs, working with community agencies to establish an effective service delivery system that meets community need. Develops an effective team to participate and promote mission and goals of the agency. Ensures that clinical documentation meets Oregon Administrative and Medicaid requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to: Supervison of staff and contracted services. Manages mental health budgets including development of new revenue sources and assures that budgets are balanced. Promoters commmunity education. Participates in agency quality assurance and improvement activities through assuring full team participation. Promotes the use of evidenced based practices for applicable clinical programs; responsible for assuring that all letters of approval, certifications and other licenses are maintainted in good standing for programs and assigned staff; and responsible for research and completion of grants for funding as appropriate. Manages use of high end services including residential, crisis, and acute care hospitalization. Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field and appropriate state license. Must have 5 yrs post Master's experience in behavioral health which includes at least 3 yrs of clinical supervision of professionals including program supervisors. Experience in the administration of public mental health programs in Oregon is a strong preference. Knowledge of outpatient, residential, acute care, case management and recovery services required. Knowledge of the systems of care philosophy for children and youth services. Experience in dual diagnosis is preferred. Requires travel within tri-county area. Click here for a full job description

Mental Health Specialist 0.8 FTE (30 hrs/wk), The Dalles This position is responsible for providing culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment for assigned clients in the Early Psychosis program. Coordinates behavioral health services with other community and State resources. Requires a Master's degree in social work, or related field, and 2 yrs exp. in mental health counseling or psychotherapy. Must have OR licensure as an LCSW or LPC, or have the ability to obtain licensure. Must be computer literate. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Experience with co-occuring disorders preferred.
